Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. Cooling-Off Period Customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking, provided that the booking was made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. If cancellation is requested within this 14-day cooling-off period, a full refund (100%) will be issued. Please note: If the event is scheduled to take place within 14 days of the booking date, the cooling-off period does not apply. 2. Cancellations 14 Days or Less Before the Event If a cancellation request is made 14 days or less before the scheduled event date, the following options apply: A 50% refund of the total booking fee will be issued, or The booking may be rescheduled to a later available date, subject to availability and agreement. Rescheduled bookings must be used within a reasonable timeframe (recommended 1 week notice). 3. How to Request a Cancellation All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official contact form on our website. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will determine eligibility for refund. 4. Non-Attendance Failure to attend the event without prior written cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued. 5. Company Cancellation If we are required to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control), customers will be offered: A full refund, or The option to reschedule to a later date.
